Delivery Time
Shipping Chocolate During Summer Months:
We take pride in shipping chocolate all summer long; however when the temperature is over 75 degrees farenheit in the shipping (Pittsburgh, PA) or receiving locations we need to use special packing materials (ice packs and insulation) to keep your candy safe from heat and humidity.
If you are ordering a heat sensitive candy (e.g. chocolates) please make sure to add ice packs to your order. Also, if you are more than three days away according to the above chart please choose an expedited shipping method (3-Day Select, 2-Day Select or Next Day Air). Please note: Our ice packs are reusable. Simply place them in a freezer to store.
Because the ice packs only last for 2 - 3 days we only ship heat sensitive candy Monday through Wednesday. This is to ensure that your package does not sit in a hot FedEx or UPS hub over the weekend. This also means that if you select an expedited shipping method you may not receive your order until the following week depending on when the order was placed.
Mike Feinberg Company highly recommends shipping to a location where there will be an individual to receive the package at the time of delivery. UPS and FedEx will leave packages on porches and doorsteps which, consequently, may expose them to heat and sunlight. Mike Feinberg Company will not be held responsible for any merchandise that has perished or melted because no one was around to receive the shipment.
- United Parcel Service (UPS) is our usual method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Most orders received before 3:00pm EST ship the same business day (Monday - Friday) .
- Orders to APO's and FPO's will be shipped via USPS Priority. Please allow 3-4 business days to hand deliver to the Post Office.
- Our shipping services do not deliver or pick up packages on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are based on weight of merchandise, location and shipping method selected.
- Please place merchandise in the online shopping cart, enter shipping information in the "Shipping Calculator" (no credit card required), select the desired shipping method and click "Apply"
- Your shipping cost will appear underneath the order subtotal
- If you reside outside of the United States please select "International" as your shipping option.
- International shipping costs are not exact. Actual shipping costs may be more or less than what the shipping calculator generates.
- Mike Feinberg Company will never charge more than the calculated shipping cost without prior approval from the customer.

Delivery Time
- Do not count the day that your order was placed as a day in transit!
- For example a "2nd Day Air" order, if placed on Monday before 3:00PM EST, will arrive Wednesday before the end of the business day.
- Next Day Air is guaranteed by the end of the next business day (in most cities).
- 2nd Day Air is guaranteed by the end of the day in two business days
- 3-Day Select is guaranteed by the end of the day in three business days.
- International shipping is typically 2 - 4 business days.
